About the Role:
Join Cloudnine Hospital as a NICU Lead Nurse, where you will oversee the critical care of our newborn patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and supervise NICU nursing staff across shifts to ensure optimal patient care.
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill neonates, including ventilated and high-risk infants.
- Monitor neonatal vital signs, growth parameters, and response to treatment.
- Coordinate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and NICU protocols.
- Guide and mentor junior nurses and newly joined NICU staff.
