About the Role:

Join our team as a Nursing Superintendent at Lilavati Foundation in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, where you will lead and manage all nursing services across OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, and Emergency departments.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan manpower, prepare duty rosters, and ensure adequate nursing staff availability.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and infection control practices.
• Implement nursing policies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff performance and competency.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory norms, and nursing council regulations.
• Coordinate with doctors, administration, HR, and support departments.
• Handle audits, documentation, incident reports, and corrective actions.
