About the Role: Join the team at Signature Advanced Super Multispeciality Hospital as an ICU Staff Nurse, where you will provide critical care to patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Continuously monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythm, and oxygen saturation.
- Assist doctors in airway management, intubation, and ventilator support.
- Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and blood products safely.
- Maintain and care for invasive lines, catheters, and drains.
- Identify and report any deterioration in patient condition immediately.
- Follow strict infection control and patient safety protocols in the ICU.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, intake–output charts, and medication charts.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Coordinate with intensivists, consultants, and allied staff for effective patient care.
