About the Role: Join our dedicated team at Zynova Shalby Hospitals as an OT Staff Nurse. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide nursing care and support to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operations while ensuring aseptic techniques are maintained.
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments, equipment, and the operating theatre.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the surgical team.
- Administer medications, blood products, and IV fluids as per physician orders.
- Ensure proper positioning of patients and safety during surgery.
- Maintain accurate perioperative records, surgical counts, and documentation.
- Assist in post-operative care, including monitoring recovery and wound care.
