About the Role:

Join our team as an ICU Incharge at Victor Hospital, where you will oversee the ICU unit's daily operations and ensure high-quality, expert care for critically ill patients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the ICU unit.
• Provide expert nursing care and ensure quality treatment for critically ill patients.
• Allocate duties and prepare duty rosters for ICU nursing staff.
• Monitor ventilated patients and critical care equipment.
• Handle ICU emergencies, including code blue/resuscitation procedures.
• Coordinate with intensivists, consultants, and other departments for optimal patient care.
• Adhere to infection control policies and patient safety protocols.
• Maintain ICU documentation and compliance with NABH standards.
