What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist the Nursing Superintendent with the management of nursing operations across departments.
- Supervise nursing staff, handle duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and monitor safety and service quality.
- Implement nursing protocols and accreditation guidelines (NABH/JCI).
- Oversee infection control practices and patient safety measures.
- Organize training and continuous education for nursing staff.
- Coordinate with doctors, HR, and administration for operations.
- Handle nursing audits, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Address patient grievances and resolve staff-related issues.
- Support staff development plans and performance appraisals.
