About the Role:

As an Assistant Nursing Superintendent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of daily nursing operations at Neotia Healthcare Initiative Ltd.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist the Nursing Superintendent in managing daily nursing operations across departments.
• Supervise nursing staff, duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and service quality.
• Implement and monitor nursing protocols and accreditation guidelines (NABH/JCI).
• Oversee infection control practices and patient safety measures.
• Organize induction, training, and continuous education programs for nurses.
• Coordinate with doctors, HR, and administration for smooth clinical operations.
• Handle nursing audits, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Address patient grievances and resolve staff-related issues.
• Support performance appraisals and staff development plans.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A BSc Nursing degree and 0 to 16 years of work experience in a clinical setting.
• Skills in Quality Improvement, Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Interpersonal communication.
