About the Role:

Join Neotia Healthcare Initiative Ltd. as a Nurse In Charge in the MICU and take the lead in delivering high-quality patient care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and supervise nursing care activities in the MICU.
• Ensure proper monitoring and management of critically ill patients.
• Operate and manage ventilators, monitors, and life-support equipment.
• Coordinate with intensivists and doctors for patient treatment plans.
• Maintain infection control practices and patient safety standards.
• Assign duties, manage shift rosters, and ensure adequate staffing.
• Handle emergency situations and code blue procedures.
• Train and guide MICU nursing staff and new joiners.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A BSc in Nursing.
• Coordination, problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication skills.
