About the Role:

Join Neotia Healthcare Initiative Ltd. as a CICU Nursing Incharge, where you will oversee nursing care activities in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and supervise nursing care activities in the CICU.
• Monitor and manage critically ill cardiac patients.
• Operate and manage cardiac monitors, ventilators, and life-support equipment.
• Interpret ECGs and identify cardiac arrhythmias.
• Coordinate with cardiologists and intensivists for patient care.
• Maintain infection control practices and patient safety standards.
• Assign duties, manage shift rosters, and ensure adequate staffing.
• Handle cardiac emergencies and code blue situations.
• Train and guide CICU nursing staff and new joiners.
