About the Role:
Join Alvis Hospital, Una as a Sr. Consultant/Jr. Consultant/Consultant-CTVS and play a crucial role in patient care and cardiac surgeries.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, plan, and perform cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries, including bypass, valve repair/replacement, and thoracic procedures.
- Evaluate and manage patients with congenital or acquired heart and vascular conditions, pre- and post-operatively.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, ICU staff, and nursing teams for optimal patient care.
- Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and emergency cardiac/thoracic interventions.
- Monitor and manage post-surgical care, complications, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate surgical records, treatment plans, and case documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest surgical techniques, guidelines, and research in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.
- Mentor and guide residents, junior surgeons, and medical trainees if applicable.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB CTVS qualification.
- 1 to 5 years of work experience in a relevant field.
