About the Role:

Join the dynamic team at Regency Superspeciality Hospital as an Emergency Resident Doctor. In this critical position, you'll make an impactful contribution to patient care in the emergency department.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assess and triage patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
• Provide immediate medical care and stabilize critically ill or injured patients.
• Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, suturing, central lines, and resuscitation.
• Manage trauma, cardiac, neurological, respiratory, and toxicology emergencies.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging promptly.
• Coordinate patient admissions and transfers to ICU/OT.
• Communicate effectively with consultants, nursing staff, and patient attendants.
• Maintain accurate emergency case records and medico-legal documentation.
• Participate in code blue, disaster drills, and emergency audits.
• Follow hospital emergency protocols, patient safety, and infection control guidelines.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• MBBS degree.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, management, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
