Sr. Consultant/Urology Position at Alvis Hospital

About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and manage patients with urinary tract and male reproductive disorders, including kidney, bladder, prostate, and urethral conditions.
• Plan and perform urological surgeries, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and open procedures.
• Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and emergency urological care.
• Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, anesthesiologists, ICU teams, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including monitoring complications and long-term follow-up.
• Maintain accurate patient records, surgical logs, and treatment documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest urology techniques, clinical guidelines, and research developments.
• Mentor and train residents, fellows, and junior doctors in urological procedures.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A DNB in Urology.
• 1 to 5 years of clinical experience.
• Strong skills in patient care, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
