About the Role:

Join Alvis Hospital in Una, Himachal Pradesh, as a Sr. Consultant/Jr. Consultant/Consultant-ENT.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and manage patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders, including infections, hearing loss, sinus diseases, and tumors.
• Plan and perform ENT surgeries, including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, mastoidectomy, and head & neck procedures.
• Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and emergency ENT care.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including audiometry, endoscopy, imaging, and vestibular assessments.
• Maintain accurate surgical records, patient charts, and treatment documentation.
• Stay updated on latest ENT surgical techniques, clinical guidelines, and research developments.
• Mentor and train residents, fellows, and junior doctors in ENT practice and surgeries.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong skills in Attention to Detail, Patient Care, Teamwork, Communication, and Problem Solving.
