About the Role:

Join Max Super Speciality Hospital, Patparganj as an Attending/Associate Consultant in Critical Care, where you will have a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients in ICU, managing multi-organ failure, sepsis, trauma, and post-surgical cases.
• Lead critical care interventions, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic support, dialysis, and advanced life support.
• Conduct daily ICU rounds, patient assessments, and emergency interventions, ensuring continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, physicians, and nursing teams for multidisciplinary critical care management.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adjusting therapies based on patient response.
• Maintain accurate ICU records, treatment logs, and procedural documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest critical care protocols, evidence-based practices, and patient safety guidelines.

• DNB in Critical Care.
• 0 to 6 years of experience, with a strong focus on patient care and teamwork.
