What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in diagnosing and managing critically ill patients in ICU under the supervision of consultants.
- Monitor vital signs, organ function, and patient progress, and escalate issues promptly.
- Participate in invasive procedures, ventilator management, and emergency interventions as guided by senior doctors.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment logs, and documentation of ICU rounds.
- Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive critical care.
- Follow and implement ICU protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety guidelines.
- Engage in case discussions, teaching rounds, and academic activities within the department.
- Assist in medication management, fluid therapy, and nutrition support for critically ill patients.
- Respond to emergency calls, codes, and rapid response situations in ICU and hospital areas.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DNB in Critical Care.
- 0 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
