About the Role: Join Regency Hospital as an ICU Resident Doctor and play a crucial role in patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide round-the-clock care to critically ill ICU patients.
- Monitor vitals, ventilator parameters & hemodynamic status.
- Assist in intubation, central line insertion & emergency procedures.
- Manage ICU emergencies and follow ACLS protocols.
- Administer and titrate ICU medications as per protocol.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ICU documentation.
- Coordinate with intensivists, nurses & other departments.
- Communicate patient condition and progress to relatives.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards.
