About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in and perform elective and emergency general surgical procedures.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and obtain informed consent.
• Manage intra-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Handle surgical emergencies and trauma cases.
• Conduct daily ward rounds and monitor patient recovery.
• Coordinate with anesthetists, nurses, and OT staff.
• Maintain accurate surgical records and documentation.
• Supervise junior residents and interns.
• Ensure adherence to surgical safety standards and hospital protocols.
• Participate in academic activities, audits, and clinical training programs.
