About the Role:
Join Steller Global HR Consulting Pvt Ltd as a Senior Resident in Critical Care to provide essential clinical care to critically ill patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day clinical care to critically ill patients in ICU.
- Assist consultants in diagnosis, treatment planning & procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals, ventilator settings & response to therapy.
- Handle medical emergencies and code blue situations.
- Perform and document invasive procedures under supervision.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ICU notes & discharge summaries.
- Coordinate with other departments for investigations & referrals.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, NABH standards & patient safety norms.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB/MBBS qualification.
- 0 to 5 years of work experience, particularly in intensive care settings.
