What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization of emergency patients.
- Manage medical, surgical, and trauma emergency cases.
- Assist in resuscitation and advanced life support procedures.
- Order and interpret emergency investigations and imaging.
- Monitor patient progress and ensure appropriate disposition.
- Coordinate with consultants and specialty teams.
- Maintain accurate emergency department records and documentation.
- Supervise junior residents, interns, and nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to emergency protocols and hospital policies.
- Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement programs.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB/MD/MBBS qualification.
- Up to 5 years of experience in emergency medicine.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
