About the Role:

Join Thangam Hospital as a Consultant Medical Gastrologist in Namakkal, Tamilnadu.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and treat OPD and IPD patients with gastrointestinal and liver disorders.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures.
• Manage liver diseases, hepatitis, cirrhosis, and portal hypertension.
• Treat conditions like GERD, IBD, IBS, and peptic ulcer disease.
• Handle GI emergencies including acute abdomen and variceal bleeding.
• Interpret biopsy reports, imaging studies, and laboratory investigations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with surgeons and other specialists for comprehensive care.
• Provide patient counseling on disease management and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and endoscopy documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, CME programs, and research activities.

• DNB /MD Qualification.
• 0 to 5 years of experience.
