About the Role:

Join our team at Chitransh Technologies as a Senior Resident in General Surgery in Cuttack, Odisha.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Evaluate and manage patients requiring surgical care in OPD, wards, and emergency.
• Assist in and perform general surgical procedures under supervision.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative patient management.
• Handle surgical emergencies, trauma cases, and participate in on-call duties.
• Supervise and guide junior residents, interns, and nursing staff.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic investigations related to surgical cases.
• Maintain accurate operative notes, patient records, and treatment documentation.
• Participate in departmental teaching, academic seminars, and clinical case discussions.
• Engage in surgical research and contribute to publications.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 1 to 5 Years of relevant experience and a DNB in General Surgery.
• Strong communication, decision making, attention to detail, and patient care skills.
