Your Core Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat OPD and IPD patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
• Perform neurosurgical procedures for brain and spine disorders.
• Manage head injury, brain tumors, spinal trauma, and degenerative spine cases.
• Handle neurosurgical emergencies and on-call duties.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and obtain informed consent.
• Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
• Interpret CT scans, MRI, and other neuroimaging studies.
• Coordinate with neurologists, anesthetists, and ICU teams.
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and surgical documentation.
• Follow hospital protocols, ethical standards, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in clinical audits, CME programs, and research activities.
