• Conduct OPD, IPD, and emergency orthopedic consultations.
• Collaborate with physiotherapy, radiology, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and orthopedic support staff.
• Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, patient safety, and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate medical and surgical records and medico-legal compliance.
