About the Role:

Join Masadir HR Services Private Limited as a Nephrologist in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and treat patients with kidney-related disorders.
• Provide OPD, IPD, and emergency nephrology consultations.
• Manage hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis units.
• Handle ICU nephrology cases, including CRRT.
• Manage renal transplant patients (pre- and post-transplant care).
• Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging, and renal biopsies.
• Coordinate with Urology, ICU, and Transplant teams.
• Counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and prognosis.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
• Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and academic activities.
• Ensure adherence to ethical practices and hospital protocols.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• DrNB/DM/DNB qualification.
• 0 to 10 years of experience in nephrology.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and team coordination.
