Sr. Resident in Nephrology at Santosh Medical College and Hospital, Ghaziabad

About the Role: Join the team at Santosh Medical College and Hospital as a Sr. Resident in Nephrology, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic kidney diseases.
• Provide OPD, IPD, and emergency nephrology care.
• Manage hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.
• Monitor and manage electrolyte and acid–base disorders.
• Participate in the care of ICU and critically ill renal patients.
• Perform pre- and post-dialysis patient assessment and monitoring.
• Assist in vascular access care (AV fistula, dialysis catheters).
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records.
• Counsel patients and families regarding disease and treatment.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and technicians.
• Follow hospital protocols, infection control, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in academic activities, CMEs, and teaching (if in medical college).
• Assist in research, audits, and departmental work.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• MD in Nephrology (or equivalent)
• 0 to 5 Years of experience in a clinical nephrology setting.
• Strong team coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and teamwork.
