About the Role:

Join Masadir HR Services as a Nephrologist in Ambur, Tamil Nadu. This is an opportunity to work within a leading healthcare organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases (AKI, CKD).
• Provide OPD, IPD, and emergency nephrology consultations.
• Supervise and manage hemodialysis & peritoneal dialysis units.
• Handle ICU nephrology cases, including CRRT.
• Manage electrolyte & acid–base disorders and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients.
• Provide pre- and post-renal transplant care.
• Interpret renal investigations, imaging, and biopsy reports.
• Coordinate with Urology, ICU, and Transplant teams.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
• Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and academic activities.
• Ensure compliance with ethical practices and hospital protocols.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A qualification of DNB/DM/DrNB with 0 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities, especially in emergency response.
