What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and manage patients requiring surgical evaluation and intervention.
• Perform elective and emergency general surgical procedures including abdominal, laparoscopic, and hernia surgeries.
• Manage preoperative and postoperative care, including monitoring recovery and complications.
• Conduct OPD, IPD, and emergency surgical consultations.
• Collaborate with anesthesiology, critical care, radiology, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and OT staff.
• Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, patient safety, and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate surgical records, documentation, and medico-legal compliance.
