About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Nephrologist to join our esteemed team at Masadir HR Services Private Limited.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases (AKI, CKD).
• Provide OPD, IPD, and emergency nephrology consultations.
• Supervise and manage hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis units.
• Handle ICU nephrology cases, including CRRT.
• Manage electrolyte and acid-base disorders.
• Manage end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients.
• Provide pre- and post-renal transplant care.
• Interpret renal investigations, imaging, and biopsy reports.
• Coordinate with Urology, ICU, and Transplant teams.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
• Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and academic activities.
• Ensure compliance with ethical practices and hospital protocols.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A qualification of DNB/DM/DrNB in Nephrology.
• Up to 10 years of work experience in the relevant field.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
