What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide expert care for critically ill patients in the ICU, including those with multi-organ dysfunction.
- Assess and manage complex acute medical, surgical, and trauma cases.
- Implement advanced life support, ventilatory support, and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Coordinate and manage invasive procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, and intubations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and surgeons.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust therapies based on patient response.
- Oversee infection control, patient safety protocols, and critical care best practices.
- Maintain detailed ICU records, documentation, and compliance with institutional guidelines.
