About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in the diagnosis and management of patients with solid and hematological malignancies.
• Plan and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal treatments under supervision.
• Monitor treatment response, manage therapy-related toxicities, and provide supportive care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and oncology care planning.
• Manage inpatient and outpatient oncology services, including follow-up care.
• Collaborate with surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and palliative care teams.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, chemotherapy protocols, and clinical documentation.
• Provide patient and family counseling regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A DNB in Medical Oncology.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong skills in attention to detail, patient care, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
