Associate Consultant - Urology at Abrol Hospital, Gurdaspur

About the Role: Join Abrol Hospital as an Associate Consultant in Urology and play a vital role in enhancing patient care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of urological disorders in adult and pediatric patients.
• Participate in planning and performing urological surgeries under consultant supervision.
• Perform and assist in endoscopic, laparoscopic, and minimally invasive urological procedures.
• Manage pre-operative assessments and post-operative care of urology patients.
• Assist in urological emergencies including urinary obstruction, trauma, and infections.
• Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and anesthesiologists for comprehensive care.
• Participate in outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate operative notes, procedure logs, and patient documentation.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• DNB in Urology.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills including attention to detail, patient care, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
