What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and manage patients requiring cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical interventions.
• Perform complex surgeries including CABG, valve repair/replacement, congenital heart defect corrections, and major vascular reconstructions.
• Evaluate pre-operative patients with detailed clinical assessments, investigations, and risk stratification.
• Manage post-operative care in ICU and wards, ensuring optimal recovery and complication prevention.
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and other specialists for multidisciplinary care.
• Handle surgical emergencies such as aortic dissections, trauma, and acute cardiac events.
• Mentor and supervise junior surgeons, residents, and surgical trainees in the department.
• Maintain accurate surgical records, operative notes, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
