What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and manage benign and malignant hematological disorders.
• Treat conditions including anemia, bleeding and clotting disorders, leukemias, and lymphomas.
• Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient hematology care.
• Interpret hematological investigations, including peripheral smears, bone marrow reports, and coagulation profiles.
• Plan and monitor chemotherapy, transfusion therapy, and supportive care.
• Collaborate with oncology, pathology, and other specialties for multidisciplinary care.
• Manage hematological emergencies and critical cases.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.

• DNB in Hematology.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
