What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with neurological and spinal surgical conditions.
- Perform complex neurosurgical procedures including brain tumor resections, spinal surgeries, trauma management, and neurovascular interventions.
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations, imaging reviews, and surgical planning for optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide post-operative care in ICU and wards, monitoring for complications and ensuring recovery.
- Manage neurosurgical emergencies such as head trauma, intracranial hemorrhage, and acute spinal cord compression.
- Collaborate with neurologists, anesthesiologists, critical care, and rehabilitation teams for multidisciplinary care.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior neurosurgeons, residents, and surgical fellows.
- Maintain accurate surgical records, operative notes, and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in Neurosurgery.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
