About the Role:

Join Abrol Hospital as an Associate Consultant in Critical Care, providing essential support in the ICU.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Manage patients with multi-organ dysfunction, sepsis, respiratory failure, and shock.
• Perform advanced monitoring including hemodynamic, ventilatory, and invasive support.
• Initiate and manage life-saving interventions such as mechanical ventilation, dialysis, and vasopressors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Handle medical emergencies and implement rapid response protocols.
• Educate patients’ families about critical illness, prognosis, and care plans.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A DNB in Critical Care Medicine.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Skills in attention to detail, patient care, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
