About the Role:

Join EssWee Business Solutions as a Duty Doctor, where you will play a vital role in transforming patient care in Tambaram, Chennai.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide round-the-clock medical care to admitted and OPD patients.
• Perform initial assessments, diagnoses, and basic treatments of patients.
• Monitor patient progress and update medical records regularly.
• Handle medical emergencies and stabilize patients as required.
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and surgeries.
• Prescribe medications and investigations per hospital protocols.
• Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, and support departments.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and legal standards.
• Participate in night duties, rotational shifts, and on-call schedules.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A degree in MBBS.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills in clinical assistance, effective communication, coordination, and emergency response.
