About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide immediate assessment, resuscitation, and treatment of emergency patients.
• Manage trauma, cardiac, neurological, medical, and surgical emergencies.
• Perform emergency procedures including airway management and life support.
• Ensure effective triage and prioritization of patients in the emergency department.
• Coordinate with ICU, operation theatre, and specialty consultants for patient care.
• Lead and supervise emergency medical and nursing teams.
• Maintain accurate emergency medical records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to emergency protocols, safety, and quality standards.
• Counsel patients and relatives during emergency situations.
• Participate in clinical audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A qualification of DNB/MD.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong skills in stress management, team leadership, coordination, and emergency response.
