About the Role:

Join our team as a Consultant Pathologist, playing a vital role in patient care at Metropolis Healthcare Ltd.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform and interpret routine and specialized pathology tests.
• Examine blood, tissue, and body fluid samples for diagnosis.
• Validate, authorize and release laboratory reports.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of test results.
• Supervise laboratory staff and daily lab operations.
• Coordinate with clinicians for clinical correlation.
• Maintain documentation and comply with NABL standards.
• Participate in audits and continuous quality improvement activities.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• MD/DNB in Pathology.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a clinical pathology setting.
• Skills in quality control, communication, clinical pathology, and time management.
