• Oversee laboratory operations, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor junior pathologists, laboratory technicians, and residents.
• Advise clinicians on appropriate diagnostic tests and interpretation of complex cases.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, tumor boards, and clinical meetings.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety, clinical protocols, and ethical practices.
• Contribute to research, audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
