What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide expert evaluation, diagnosis, and management of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders.
• Perform advanced ENT surgeries, including endoscopic, microsurgery, and reconstructive procedures.
• Assess patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medical, surgical, and rehabilitative care.
• Lead and mentor junior ENT surgeons, residents, and allied health staff.
• Manage complex cases, surgical complications, and post-operative care effectively.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety, and ethical standards.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• MS ENT qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Skills in Attention to Detail, Patient Care, Team working, Communication, and Problem Solving.
