What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with cardiac, thoracic, and vascular conditions requiring surgical intervention.
- Perform complex cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries including bypass, valve repair/replacement, and aneurysm repair.
- Evaluate patients pre- and post-operatively to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiologists and anesthesiologists.
- Monitor patient recovery and manage complications as needed.
- Mentor and train junior surgeons and residents.
- Maintain accurate surgical records while ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.
