About the Role: Join our team as a Sr. Consultant-Pediatrics at Dr Manu Raj Memorial PMC Hospital. You will provide comprehensive care for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions across specialties.
- Evaluate patients in OPD, IPD, emergency, and neonatal/ICU settings.
- Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans including immunizations.
- Lead and mentor junior pediatricians, residents, and nursing staff.
- Manage pediatric emergencies, critical illnesses, and complex medical cases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic child healthcare.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety, and ethical standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB Pediatrics or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in pediatrics.
- Strong skills in attention to detail, patient care, team working, communication, and problem-solving.
