About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in ICU and high-dependency units.
• Manage complex medical, surgical, and trauma cases requiring advanced life support.
• Oversee ventilatory support, hemodynamic monitoring, and organ support therapies.
• Lead and mentor junior intensivists, residents, and ICU nursing staff.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based critical care protocols.
• Respond to emergencies, manage complications, and coordinate rapid interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, physicians, and allied health professionals.
• Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, patient safety, and ethical standards.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.
• A DNB in Critical Care Medicine.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
