What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and manage patients with urological disorders including kidney, bladder, prostate, and male reproductive system conditions.
• Perform urological procedures such as endoscopy, laparoscopy, and open surgeries as per expertise.
• Manage urinary stone disease, prostate disorders, urological cancers, and urinary tract infections.
• Evaluate patients pre- and post-operatively to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Handle urological emergencies including acute urinary retention, trauma, and infections.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nephrology, oncology, and radiology.
• Conduct outpatient and inpatient consultations ensuring continuity of care.
• Mentor and train junior doctors, residents, and OT staff in urological procedures.
