About the Role:

Join our team as a Surgical Oncologist at Ujala Cygnus Healthcare Services, where you'll play a critical role in diagnosing and treating cancer patients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and evaluate patients with suspected or confirmed cancers.
• Perform oncological surgeries, including curative, palliative, and reconstructive procedures.
• Conduct pre-operative staging and surgical planning.
• Provide comprehensive peri-operative care, including post-operative monitoring.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings for treatment planning.
• Collaborate with medical and radiation oncology, pathology, and radiology teams.
• Counsel patients and families about diagnosis, surgical options, and prognosis.
• Conduct minimally invasive surgeries as per training.
• Monitor patients post-treatment for recurrence and survivorship care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Supervise and train junior medical staff.
• Participate in academic activities and continuing medical education.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Relevant experience in surgical oncology (0 to 5 years).
