What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform surgical treatment for brain, spine, and nervous system disorders.
• Diagnose and manage neurological conditions needing operative intervention.
• Conduct pre-operative evaluations and plan appropriate neurosurgical procedures.
• Perform emergency neurosurgeries for trauma, hemorrhage, and spinal injuries.
• Provide post-operative care and monitor neurological recovery.
• Interpret neuro-imaging for surgical planning.
• Work collaboratively with neurologists, anesthetists, and ICU teams for patient management.
• Counsel patients and families on surgery, risks, and prognosis.
• Maintain accurate operative notes and medical documentation.
• Supervise and train junior doctors and residents.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• DNB in Neurosurgery.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficient clinical documentation abilities.
