About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with spinal disorders, including degenerative, traumatic, and deformity cases.
- Perform or assist in spinal surgeries, including minimally invasive and complex reconstructive procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments, imaging review, and surgical planning.
- Provide post-operative care, monitor recovery, and manage complications.
- Collaborate with neurologists, anesthetists, physiotherapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Handle emergency spinal cases such as trauma, spinal cord compression, and infections.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and surgical trainees.
- Maintain accurate surgical records, operative notes, and patient documentation.
