About the Role:
Join Dr Manu Raj Memorial PMC Hospital as an Associate Consultant-Neurosurgery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions, including trauma, tumors, and spine disorders.
- Assist in pre-operative assessment, surgical planning, and risk evaluation.
- Perform or assist in neurosurgical procedures, including cranial and spinal surgeries.
- Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery in ICU and wards.
- Collaborate with neurologists, anesthetists, critical care teams, and rehabilitation specialists.
- Handle emergency neurosurgical cases such as head injuries, hemorrhages, and acute spinal compressions.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate surgical records, patient documentation, and operative notes.
