What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and treat critically ill patients admitted to ICU and high-dependency units.
• Perform continuous monitoring and stabilization of vital organ functions.
• Provide ventilator support and adjust settings according to patient condition.
• Lead resuscitation during cardiac arrest and other medical emergencies.
• Diagnose and manage sepsis, respiratory failure and multi-organ dysfunction.
• Perform invasive procedures including intubation, central line and arterial line insertion.
• Coordinate patient care with consultants, nurses and allied healthcare staff.
• Review investigations, plan treatment, and monitor response on daily rounds.
• Counsel patients’ families regarding clinical status, prognosis and treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate ICU records and ensure adherence to safety, infection control and quality protocols.
