About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal disorders, fractures, and orthopedic conditions.
- Conduct outpatient and inpatient consultations, including pre-operative assessments.
- Assist in and perform orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, trauma, and arthroscopic procedures.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans for patients.
- Manage post-operative care and monitor patient recovery in wards and ICU if required.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, anesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal care.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and orthopedic trainees.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, procedures, and treatment outcomes.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in Orthopedics.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and solve problems effectively.
